The room was beautiful.

The room was beautiful. It couldn’t have been more comfortable for us . The location is very convenient right near the train station and walking distance to many restaurant options. The staff was what truly made it a memorable stay - particularly the owner , Lee , who speaks English and went extremely above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our trip in Hualien . He really is an amazing human being that we will never forget .

A great hotel for hikers and city explores alike

The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The bathrooms were spacious and the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The hotel is close to the train station which was perfect for us as that's where the bus for Taroko National Park departs from. You can easily walk to the night market downtown in about 20 minutes.

It was a little funny that wall between the bathroom and bedroom had a giant window. No problem for us, but might not be ideal if you're traveling with someone you don't want to share everything with!

Staff going above and beyond to make a great experience!

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of there way to try and make sure we had a great time. One of the front desk employees even came outside and sparked up a conversation with us while we waited for our tour to arrive. They knew we were going to go on a hike, so they gave us extra bottles of water! The bathroom was interesting as the room was entirely glass (but there were curtains you can use for privacy), but we thought it was a fun touch! It was also walking distance to the night market (although a decent walk, probably about 20-30 minute walk).

Very nice hotel, very helpful people working there!

Very nice hotel, near the train station. Quite convenient if you are planning to visit Taroko. Very friendly and helpful manager and the rest of the staff. Room and bathroom were clean. Quite spacious with a very large bed! So far, the best place that we stayed in Taiwan!

There is some distance to Hualien downtown, but there was an option to rent a bicycle in the hotel.

Very recommended for foreigner. Excellent service!

The location is great! So close to train station and there are lot of places to eat nearby. The room and hotel is clean. The staff are really nice and can speak fluent English. The manager, Mr. Li is very kind and helpful. He can give suggestions for which place is worth to visit in Hualien. He even gave us Pomelo when we checked out! :))

I really like this hotel, the owner and staff is very friendly and helpful, room is cleanliness, convenience location. If i come back to Hualien again, I will choose this hotel again. Highly recommend to everybody. Pls give this hotel a try.

OK, the foyer is renovated, but that was pretty much the only positiveness of our stay there.

Look, they say they are accepting AmEx. That's a lie. They do not. Experienced in full. / I am fluent in three languages, two of them mainstream languages. The guy at reception desk spoke ZERO English.

A good choice

The manager assisted us very much and gave us a nice wellcome and when he relice we needed assistance he did that with pleasure. He even drove us to a resturance when we came rather late and tired. The hotel is located close to many resturanses and it is cheep to take a taxi if you know where to go. A very plecent stay. Regards Åke Ulla from Sweden (I can see this come wrong question. All the bottles of water! It was quite hot, and the hotel provided a generous supply of bottle water everyday. Our room was simple and clean.
